Troubleshoot Microsoft 365/Intune issues (enrollment, compliance, apps, CA).
Collaborate with onshore leads, security, identity, messaging, and networking.
Deliver scoped engineering tasks per project plans; track items and risks.
Configure Intune and M365 services: Entra ID, CA, enrollment, policies, apps.
Implement endpoint security controls: Intune baselines, Defender, ASR, BitLocker.
Create runbooks, SOPs, guides; identify recurring issues and drive automation.

🎯 Requirements

6+ yrs IT; 3+ yrs M365/endpoint mgmt; production support and escalations.
Hands-on M365/Intune admin; Entra ID, CA, device/app mgmt; Exchange Online/Teams.
Endpoint ecosystem familiarity: Jamf, Workspace ONE, Ivanti, Okta, Duo, CrowdStrike.
ITIL-driven operations: incident/problem/change; ServiceNow or similar.
Microsoft certifications preferred (MD-102, MS-102, SC-300).
Soft skills: troubleshooting mindset, attention to detail, clear communication.
