📋 Description

• Own motion design projects end-to-end, from ideation and storyboarding through production
• Create high-quality marketing videos, motion graphics, product animations, and other visual content.
• Partner closely with marketing and product teams to develop concepts and translate ideas into
• Transform loose or high-level briefs into polished, production-ready motion work.
• Define, establish, and continuously evolve the organization’s motion design style and creative

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in motion design or a closely related creative discipline.
• Strong work ethic, high agency, and the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating as both a hands-on designer and a creative director, depending on project
• Proven ability to take ambiguous or loosely defined briefs and turn them into polished, compelling
• Deep expertise in Adobe After Effects and strong knowledge of motion design workflows.
• Experience with 3D design and animation is desirable.

• Base salary: $60,000–$100,000 USD.
