• Edit multi-source footage into cohesive final assets.
• Own the motion design discipline end-to-end and set standards.
• Leverage Pencil AI to speed production and enable innovative ideas.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert After Effects and Premiere Pro with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in adapting/resizing video for multiple platforms.
• Strong storyboarding and visual storytelling skills.
• Solid editing; combine multiple footage sources into final cuts.
• Hands-on with Pencil AI and other AI tools for production.
• 7+ years of motion design experience; senior level.
