Senior Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Support the motion design language for Harvey's brand across launch videos, product explainers, web
• Create motion concepts, storyboards, style-frames, animatics, and final motion assets that make
• Partner closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Product Design, Creative Operations, and other GTM
• Develop reusable motion systems, templates, animation principles, and production workflows to
• Scope work appropriately across polished hero moments, rapid launch needs, and long-term
• Raise the craft bar for motion while maintaining a hands-on, low-ego approach in a fast-moving

🎯 Requirements

• A strong portfolio of motion work demonstrating storytelling, art direction, animation craft
• Deep fluency in motion design tools and workflows including After Effects, Figma, Cinema 4D
• Experience building motion for brand, product, marketing, launch, or education contexts, preferably
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts visually with strong instincts for pacing
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, including the ability to clarify briefs, align with
