Senior Motion Designer & Editor

📋 Description

• Lead post-production for marketing, product, commercial, recruiting, and corporate videos.
• Create polished motion graphics and animations.
• Build reusable motion systems, templates, transitions, and graphics.
• Collaborate with teams to translate complex tech into clear visuals.
• Contribute to concept through final delivery, shaping narrative and pacing.
• Manage color correction, sound mixing, and delivery across formats.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years editing high-end commercial/tech/documentary/brand films in hardware.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating both storytelling and motion graphics.
• Experience building and implementing scalable motion design systems and templates.
• Expert knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, Davinci Resolve, and AI tools.
• Experience with Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Unreal Engine; 3D animations and compositing.
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
