Senior Motion Designer/Video Editor

📋 Description

• Design motion graphics, animation, and video edits for healthcare institutions across channels.
• Edit short-form video for social/digital platforms, incl. GenAI output from Pencil.
• Apply brand guidelines across motion content, preserving each institution’s identity.
• Manage briefs with Video Editing Lead; update status and timelines, deliver on schedule.
• Use Pencil and AI tools to speed up production with strong editorial judgment.
• Participate in reviews; implement revisions efficiently.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion design/video editor roles.
• Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Portfolio showing motion design and video editing across digital formats.
• Experience in high-volume production with multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools (Runway, Pencil, Firefly) or strong interest to develop.
• English proficiency; Spanish is an advantage for Mexico City.
