📋 Description

• Manage and develop a large business portfolio
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team targets
• Unlock growth into new market segments and offer insurance solutions for emerging mobility trends
• Use AI to pull risk data out of submissions and triage cases faster
• Provide support to the Head of Underwriting to monitor and analyse the portfolio
• Continuously improve the process for gathering risk information from clients

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience underwriting motor fleet insurance
• Track record of building strong relationships with insurance brokers
• Ability to collate data and provide support to the Head of Underwriting
• Provide feedback and improve risk information gathering processes
• Identify and surface areas to improve policy wording and coverage
• Follow rapidly evolving market trends
