📋 Description

• Manage and develop a large business portfolio, mentor junior team members, and significantly
• Help unlock growth into new market segments, offering insurance solutions for emerging mobility
• Support our ambition to become one of the UK’s largest fleet MGAs
• Work with AI in the underwriting process to pull risk data out of submissions and triage cases
• Collate data and provide support to the Head of Underwriting to monitor and analyze the portfolio
• Provide feedback and continuously improve the process for gathering risk information from clients

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience underwriting motor fleet insurance
• Track record of building strong and supportive relationships with insurance brokers
• Ability to collate data and provide support to Head of Underwriting
• Provide feedback and improve process for gathering risk information
• Identify areas to improve policy wording and coverage
• Follow market trends and refurbish knowledge
