• Extensive experience underwriting motor fleet insurance
• Track record building relationships with insurance brokers
• Ability to collate data to monitor and analyze the portfolio
• Improve risk information gathering for frictionless quotes
• Identify policy wording and coverage improvements
• Comfortable using AI in underwriting while applying judgment
