🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience underwriting motor fleet insurance
• Track record of building strong and supportive relationships with insurance brokers
• Ability to collate data and provide support to Head of Underwriting
• Provide feedback and continuously improve process for gathering risk information
• Identify and surface areas for improvement in policy wording and coverage
• Follow rapidly evolving market trends
