Senior MSP Partner Manager

📋 Description

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing MSP partners, with a clear focus on your top 10-20 partners
• Build joint business plans with partners, agree on concrete targets, and hold both sides
• Bring in new MSP partners from your network where they strengthen our coverage, and take them from
• Drive pipeline through your partners and influence ARR every quarter.
• Set up joint go-to-market initiatives and campaigns with selected partners, together with our
• Represent Eye at partner meetings, events and industry gatherings across the Netherlands.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in the MSP or cybersecurity space, for example as a Partner Manager or
• An existing network in the Dutch MSP market that you can actually activate.
• A sales drive: you’re used to working with targets and pipeline and you know how to hit them, even
• Experience building business plans with partners and getting them to commit to numbers.
• Strong relationship-building skills. Partners trust you because you help them grow, not just
• Fluency in Dutch and professional English.
