Senior Network Contracting Specialist

📋 Description

• Negotiate and manage contracts with healthcare providers to build a network.
• Analyze provider performance to optimize costs and reimbursement rates.
• Recruit providers and resolve provider issues.
• Collaborate with Claims, Credentialing, and Contracting to resolve routine issues and improve workflows.
• Travel for client meetings; work remotely with field-based responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in provider network operations or contracting or provider services.
• 1+ years experience in Health Insurance (Individual or Medicare Advantage) or Healthcare industry.
• 1+ years experience navigating and organizing large datasets (claims files and provider rosters).
• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional working experience (preferred).
