Network Infrastructure team maintains DigiCert's global production network.
First responder for network incidents; initial troubleshooting and monitoring.
Monitor health, performance, and availability of the global production network.
Review device logs, alerts, and monitoring to identify issues.
Troubleshoot network issues across data center and cloud environments.
Collaborate with ISPs, carriers, cloud teams, and vendors to diagnose connectivity issues.

🎯 Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in enterprise/service provider/data center networks.
TCP/IP, DNS, routing/basics, VLANs, firewall concepts, VPNs.
Understand routing protocols and route troubleshooting.
Experience with network monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
Experience with incident management processes.
