📋 Description

• Lead escalation for complex deployment issues during migrations (Cisco‑to‑Fortinet/Juniper).
• Troubleshoot Fortinet, Juniper, and legacy Cisco devices during cutovers.
• Support field techs with real‑time guidance and root‑cause analysis.
• Own network change controls lifecycle in ServiceNow.
• Lead deployment, validation, and post‑deployment tuning of network gear.
• Maintain standards across branch refresh activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer) experience.
• Juniper switches and wireless solutions expertise.
• Cisco networking knowledge for migration support.
• Experience with change controls in ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting across routing, switching, wireless, and security.
• Familiarity with SD‑WAN, Zero Trust, or cloud‑integrated architectures.
