Senior Network Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Own full operational lifecycle, SLOs, & service availability globally.
• Design scalable network architectures with IaC, observability, automation.
• Lead incident response, post-mortems, and systemic learning.
• Collaborate with Business Technology, Workplace, Security, and TDI.
• Schedule changes, configure monitoring tools, and on-call rotation.
• Ensure secure, reliable corporate network across locations and cloud.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ yrs exp with a Bachelor's; or 3+ yrs with a Master's.
• Networking: WiFi, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, ACLs, Routing, Firewalls.
• IaC proficiency to automate deployment, scaling, recovery; scripting.
• Observability tools; data-driven SLIs/SLOs; monitoring/logging.
• Direct experience with vendors, Internet/WAN partners, and wireless networks.
• Collaboration and mentoring in cross-functional teams.
