Senior Network Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Support and manage Level 3 tickets for Network Security (SSE/NextGen Firewall).
• Document procedures for lower-level teams on Network Security.
• Collaborate with IT, CLOUDx, and Enterprise Technology on security activities.
• Manage Level 3 features, bug fixes, and related products.
• L3 engineering tasks including troubleshooting and vendor escalation.
• End-to-end support for Network Security products, especially SSE tech.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years deploying Cisco firewalls.
• Cisco IPS, ACS, and ISE experience.
• EIGRP/OSPF/BGP/RIP, VLAN, TCP/IP.
• Securing large networks and enforcing policies.
• Site-to-site and remote-access VPNs.
• Bachelor’s degree required; IT/CS/SE preferred.
