Senior Network Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Support Level 3 tickets for Network Security (SSE/NextGen Firewall)
• Create docs and guidance for lower-level teams on Network Security products.
• Collaborate with IT and business groups (End-User, CLOUDx, Network Services) on product activities.
• Manage Level 3 group and related product features, bug fixes, and updates.
• Perform Level 3 engineering tasks, troubleshoot issues, and escalate with OEMs.
• End-to-end support and management of Network Security products, especially Security Service Edge.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience deploying and administering Cisco firewalls.
• Experience with Cisco firewall, IPS, ACS, and ISE.
• Hands-on with EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, RIP, VLAN, TCP/IP.
• Experience securing large networks and enforcing policies.
• CCSP or higher certification preferred.
• Experience managing site-to-site and remote-access VPNs.
