• Follow-Up: Brief, personalized follow-ups to schedule or share information.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written SMS communication; clear verbal communication.
• Curiosity and empathy; understand goals and concerns.
• Tech-savvy with CRMs, telehealth, and scheduling apps.
• Training in Go High Level and DrChrono provided.
• Excel experience: basic spreadsheet skills.
• Healthcare/wellness interest beneficial.
• Reliable availability to respond to leads throughout the day.
• Attention to detail; meticulous notes and privacy.
