Senior O2C Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end order entry and validation across Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Manage complex order types including amendments, co-terms, upgrades, and multi-element arrangements.
• Lead collection cycle management and overdue resolution.
• Maintain data integrity across CRM and ERP; fix data quality issues proactively.
• Oversee licence key management and provisioning aligned to contract terms.
• Serve as senior contact for order-related queries from Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in order management or O2C in SaaS or subscription business.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience: manage opportunities, orders, and reports.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
• Strong attention to detail; high accuracy across multiple systems.
• NetSuite ERP experience; exposure is a strong advantage.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
