Senior Offensive Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Identify, validate, and demonstrate realistic attack paths against Array’s products
• Analyze large, multi-language codebases using AI and manual techniques to uncover vulnerabilities
• Build safe proof-of-concept exploits that demonstrate unauthorized access, privilege escalation
• Partner with engineering to validate remediations and ensure exploit paths are eliminated across
• Document findings with evidence, root cause, business impact, and practical remediation guidance
• Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in offensive security, application security, penetration testing, or red team with real
• Deep expertise in modern web apps, APIs, authentication/authorization, distributed systems, and
• Experience developing PoCs demonstrating real business impact, not just theoretical risk.
• Proficiency using AI to accelerate vulnerability discovery, exploit development, code analysis, and
• Strong communication skills to explain vulnerabilities, attack paths, and remediation guidance to
• Belief that AI reshapes work and can accelerate security work.
