Senior Officer - Entity Management (US Hours)

📋 Description

• Process incoming tasks on the task manager platform to ensure timely completion.
• Process ERP tasks on Viewpoint and NavOne per defined processes.
• Ensure tasks are completed and deadlines met; review junior work.
• Train and coach junior staff; provide guidance on pending tasks.
• Provide regular reports, trackers and dashboards to Managers on task completion and KPIs.
• Support day-to-day management of the Entity Management Team; cover odd hours for Americas.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in a Management Company.
• ICSA/ICG, STEP or ACCA qualification advantageous.
• US working hours: 16:30–01:00.
• Knowledge of Viewpoint and NavOne advantageous.
• Client-facing experience advantageous.
• Knowledge of company and financial services laws incl AML/CFT.
