📋 Description

• Process incoming tasks on the task manager platform and ensure timely, efficient completion.
• Process tasks on Viewpoint and NavOne based on set processes.
• Ensure tasks are completed/processed and the relevant deadlines are met.
• Assist team members on more complex tasks.
• Provide guidance regarding pending tasks and liaising with internal clients to resolve pending matters.
• Accept feedback from reviewers to ensure that tasks are done as they should be.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years' work experience in a management company.
• ICSA, STEP or ACCA qualification or degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Viewpoint and NavOne preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial services and secretarial processes.
• Knowledge of company/financial services laws incl. AML/CFT.
• Detail-oriented, solutions-driven and process-focused.
