Senior Onsite Operations Specialist - Seoul

📋 Description

• Coordinate Fever operations across multiple football stadiums and matchdays
• Ensure each venue is operationally ready before doors open, including ticketing, access control
• Monitor the overall performance of each venue and identify potential issues before they affect
• Ensure operational standards are applied consistently across all stadiums
• Brief and coordinate Venue Managers and experienced freelance operational leads
• Ensure each Venue Manager has clear responsibilities, priorities and escalation paths

🎯 Requirements

• +3 years of experience in live operations, sports, ticketing, venues, hospitality or another
• Experience coordinating onsite teams or multiple operational stakeholders
• Proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues independently
• Comfortable supervising experienced people without necessarily being their formal line manager
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with both operational teams and external partners
