📋 Description

• Lead the development and refinement of operational strategies for prospective clinical research
• Collaborate with medical, scientific, operational, business development, and proposal teams to

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 18 years of experience in the Contract Research Organization (CRO), pharmaceutical
• Extensive experience developing and evaluating operational strategies for complex clinical trials
• Demonstrated expertise in assessing enrollment potential, patient recruitment, country and site
• Proven ability to develop, review, and present operational strategies for RFPs, bid defense
• Strong experience developing, reviewing, and refining clinical trial budgets.
• Substantial experience in clinical development within relevant target therapeutic areas.
