This role supports Site Financial Controller and manufacturing operations through cost accounting
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure accurate product costing and monthly
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for assigned locations with insights into financial
Analyze margins, manufacturing variances, and drive financial performance improvements.
Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, forecasts, and variance analyses to leaders.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience
6+ years in Cost Accounting and FP&A roles
Solid cost accounting principles
ERP experience; advanced Excel skills
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent software
