Support manufacturing operations through cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure accurate product costing and
Analyze margins, manufacturing variances, and develop KPIs to drive performance.
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for assigned locations with insights on risks and
Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to business leaders.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience
6+ years in Cost Accounting and FP&A roles
Strong grasp of cost accounting principles
ERP experience; advanced Excel; familiarity with Tableau/Power BI or similar
Experience with SAP, Business Objects, or Adaptive FP&A is a plus
