Senior Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Day-to-day administration of the systems, tools, trackers, and documentation used to operate the
• Implementation and maintenance of operational processes, SOPs, R&Rs, intake processes
• Monitoring adoption and identifying recurring workflow issues, inefficiencies, or gaps for
• Coordination of operational readiness for new systems, tools, and process rollouts.
• Maintenance of allocation, availability, open-role, freelance, transition, leave, and capacity
• Coordination with Account, Project Management, Casting, and department leads to keep resourcing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive operational leadership in a creative agency setting
• Experience in leading projects involving AI technology and data analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated expertise in conducting
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward
