• Lead cross-functional sub-domain squads with clear priorities and goals
• Shape sub-domain ambition, set direction, and resolve escalations across teams

• Develop deep domain knowledge to influence prioritisation and decisions
• Drive consistency and efficiency in scoping, testing, launching and scaling features

• Experience scaling operations in a startup environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity; data-driven problem solving
• Strong judgement; manages priorities and trade-offs
• Customer-focused with excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to collaborate across functions and influence senior stakeholders
