📋 Description

• Maintain a Safety-First culture in our food-based Fulfillment Center (FC). Responsible for meeting
• Serve as the site’s primary Safe Quality Food (SQF) Practitioner and a core member of the
• Hold ultimate localized responsibility for maintaining SQF system integrity, validating compliance
• Directly manage and develop managers and supervisors across all non-production areas of the FC
• Oversee the day-to-day operations in the FC, driving performance to continuously meet both long-
• Lead and motivate large cross-functional teams, ensuring all areas operate effectively and

🎯 Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in warehouse, fulfillment, food production, or manufacturing
• Experience managing and developing managers and supervisors
• Familiarity with regulatory and food safety requirements for operating food-based facilities
• Experience with SQF or similar food safety and quality management systems
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, delegate, and manage time efficiently
• Experience conducting root cause analysis investigations
