📋 Description

Lead and mentor a 300+ person team to achieve goals.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field.
Proven Site Leader or similar in large fulfillment center.
Strong knowledge of order processing, inventory, warehousing, and shipping.
Experience managing large teams of hourly and salaried staff.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data, metrics, and KPIs to improve performance.
