• Scale operations across designated European markets to optimize service quality and cost.
• Manage supply costs, quality metrics, and availability within your region.
• Own supply pricing and margin performance to meet profitability targets.
• Make pricing and capacity decisions in response to market changes.
• Maintain strong partner engagement and loyalty in low-volume markets.
• Represent chauffeur insights to inform strategy and product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategy or operations in dynamic environments.
• Strong partnership management and relationship-driven mindset.
• Analytical approach to interpret supply/demand data and act.
• Experience managing KPIs, margins, and roadmaps.
• Fluency in English and Italian; German is a plus.
• Willing to travel regularly across the region (25–40%).
