Senior Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Build and strengthen the Dubai operations team and support it day to day.
• Agree global strategy with the Global Head of Operations and deliver it locally.
• Act as the main operations contact for the regulator. Work with the General Manager and Compliance
• Coordinate delivery across global functions, agreeing service expectations, handovers and
• Own regional performance. Investigate service gaps, separate local issues from wider process
• Coordinate the regional side of incidents and prepare operations for launches and major changes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations leadership in financial services, fintech, payments or another regulated
• Experience building and leading operations teams.
• Direct experience as an operations contact for a regulator.
• Track record of delivering through global functions you do not manage.
• Experience with operational KPIs, incident coordination and launch readiness.
• Clear communication with senior leaders, and based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
