Senior Operations Manager (Crypto/Digital Assets)

📋 Description

• Coordinate business, back-office, support and payments teams.
• Ensure back-office readiness for new products and markets.
• Escalate AML alerts and suspicious activity to compliance/MLRO.
• Design and standardize end-to-end operating processes.
• Identify and implement automation via workflow tools and AI.
• Define SLAs for onboarding, verification, deposits, withdrawals, and support.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in regulated financial services ops; 1–2 years leading teams.
• Proven project and stakeholder management across centralized teams.
• Process design (BPMN) and delivering operational automation.
• AI-native mindset; using LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to automate.
• Hands-on experience in at least two: client ops, KYC/AML, payments.
