Senior Operations Project Manager (Strategic Programs)

📋 Description

• Lead delivery of projects and workstreams from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Maintain project charters, integrated delivery plans, milestones, resource requirements, budgets
• Ensure delivery against agreed scope, schedule, quality, cost and outcomes using best-suited
• Manage assigned projects/workstreams and cross-GDC programs, coordinating delivery across GDC
• Translate GDC priorities, OKRs and leadership decisions into roadmaps, work packages and
• Partner with Site Lead and leadership to shape and deliver Site-specific strategic priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project, programme, PMO, strategy execution or transformation management experience
• 3+ years of experience in planning, governance, RAID management, dependency management, budgeting
• Experience working in a global, multi-Site, multicultural or matrix organization and engaging
• Fluent professional English
