📋 Description

• Recruiting for Operations org, including Supply Chain, IT and various other niche, hard-to-fill
• Manage high-volume pipelines across multiple sites, ensuring consistent candidate engagement and
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and
• Develop and execute creative sourcing and staffing strategies, including military, early career
• Own the candidate experience—ensuring every interaction reflects CoreWeave’s values and culture.
• Utilize data and analytics to track progress, optimize funnel performance, and communicate

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
• Proven success filling multiple, concurrent roles with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and CRM/ATS
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting with the ability to report and analyze pipeline metrics.
