📋 Description

• Set the vision, make the hard calls, and own the outcome
• Own critical and ambiguous challenges, shape strategy, and drive cross-functional alignment
• Lead missions such as building fraud detection capability, global recovery engine, scaling
• Define operating models, make resourcing decisions, manage quality at scale, and drive
• Drive product reviews and make make-vs-buy decisions
• Implement innovative uses of AI and automation across crews

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
• Fully fluent in English and Spanish or French or Dutch
• High level of structure and strong analytical skills, including SQL fluency for data analysis
• Independently own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (typically >10M€/year business impact)
• Excel at defining a clear vision and roadmap, lead product reviews, and drive make-or-buy decisions
• Make hard prioritization calls with partial information and manage key external partnerships
