Senior or Lead Full-Stack Developer

📋 Description

• Brainstorm with Product Managers and Designers to conceptualize features.
• Build product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Work across the stack: TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js, GraphQL.
• Own features and systems long-term health; improve surrounding systems.
• Mentor engineers and deeply review code.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes; On-call duties.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional full-stack software development.
• Web & mobile software experience with TypeScript, SQL databases, React, Node.js.
• Mobile-first responsive and iterative web development experience.
• Write understandable, testable, maintainable code.
• Strong communicator; explain concepts to designers, support, and engineers.
• Expert English; lead platform engineering managers across teams.
