Senior Oracle Business Analyst, Finance

📋 Description

• Day-to-day Oracle Fusion support and optimization
• Serve as the liaison between Finance and the IT organization, turning user needs into technical
• Act as a 'Super User' and level 2 support layer: resolve user issues and help desk tickets, and
• Own configuration updates in Oracle production environments
• Manage service requests logged with Oracle and follow up to resolution
• Align the Oracle solution with changes in Finance and business strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience, ideally Financials (GL, AP, AR, procure-to-pay
• Advanced SQL: complex joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregation and query optimization on large
• Proven requirements gathering and documentation (functional specs, process maps, user stories)
• Experience with testing, including regression, SIT and UAT, and with support or help desk processes
• Experience with data mapping, validation and reconciliation across systems
