Senior Oracle ERP Service Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services across ERP, HCM, EPM and SaaS.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring commitments are met.
• Lead Service Review Meetings; present performance, SLAs, risks and improvements.
• Manage customer escalations and major incidents through to resolution.
• Drive continual service improvement to enhance quality, efficiency and value.
• Provide governance for Oracle SaaS teams and forecast service demand.
