Senior Oracle HCM Consultant (Benefits Lead)

📋 Description

• Lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementation workstreams, acting as the functional authority in Benefits
• Advise clients on Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities, implementation approaches, and functional best
• Configure Oracle Cloud HCM applications to meet business requirements and document application
• Gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and contribute to systems architecture and
• Lead in-depth client discussions, explain complex functionality, and facilitate or negotiate
• Support implementation activities including testing, debugging, reporting, and end-user

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Functional HCM Lead role, including exposure to global
• Participation in at least 3 Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects and/or go-lives, preferably
• Strong functional expertise in at least 2 Oracle Cloud HCM areas, with Benefits as the lead focus
• Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Cloud HCM applications and designing solutions that address
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related
• Strong understanding of IT practices, Oracle principles, implementation planning, requirements
