📋 Description

Serve as Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition and Management
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud: Recruiting, Journeys, Learning, Performance, Succession
Lead requirements gathering, prototyping, and solution design workshops
Translate business requirements into Oracle configuration strategies
Coordinate testing activities including UAT and solution validation
Document functional requirements and support integrations

🎯 Requirements

4+ years Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience
Expertise in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Journeys, Learning, Performance
Knowledge of Oracle security, workflows, and reporting
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Willing to travel up to 25% to the US
