Senior Order Management Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the order process end to end — from contract review and order entry through to invoicing —
• Serve as a go-to resource for Sales and Support on billing and invoicing questions, and partner
• Detail-review routine orders processed by other analysts and our BPO partners, identifying error
• Play a key role in UAT for new products, SKUs, pricing models, and billing system releases —
• Support month-end and quarter-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, and data integrity
• Take ownership of ad-hoc projects related to process improvement, system upgrades, or controls

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (RLM or CPQ), an ERP such as NetSuite, and a payment processor
• Clear understanding of how order entry decisions flow downstream into billing and revenue
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills — pivots, XLOOKUP, reconciling large datasets across
• Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of producing quality work under quarter-end
