Senior Order Management Associate

📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end order process, including reviewing contracts, validating pricing, and
• Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to resolve order
• Identify bottlenecks in the order-to-cash workflow and implement scalable solutions to improve
• Serve as the point of escalation for complex order inquiries, providing timely and accurate
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction data across all systems. Generate regular reports on
• Train and guide junior order management team members, sharing best practices and ensuring team-wide

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of collections experience, ideally within SaaS, FMCG, or Financial Services
• Demonstrated history of engaging at a senior sales management level to resolve account issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate confidently and
• Proven ability to manage a complex, high-value portfolio independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in a second language (native/mother tongue or equivalent to English) is a strong advantage.
