Senior Order to Cash Analyst

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day billing ops for usage-based and subscription customers.
• Reconcile billing data across CRM, ERP, and metering tools for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close with reconciliations and analyses.
• Design, document, and maintain SOPs for key billing workflows.
• Partner with systems/data teams to automate quote-to-cash workflows and dashboards for KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in billing or revenue ops in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Experience with high-volume complex billing (usage, multi-entity/currency) and data reconciliation.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with CRM and ERP/billing platforms.
• Proven track record improving billing processes or automations.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines during billing and close cycles.
• Clear, concise cross-functional communication.
