Senior Order to Cash Analyst

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day billing ops for usage-based and subscription customers (invoices).
• Reconcile usage, pricing, and billing data across CRM/ERP for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, credits, rebills with cross-functional teams.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close with reconciliations and analyses.
• Design, document, and maintain SOPs for key billing workflows (auditability).
• Partner with systems/data teams to automate quote-to-cash workflows and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in billing ops, revenue ops, O2C, AR, or related in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with high-volume or complex billing flows (usage-based, multi-currency).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets, lookups, pivots; CRM/ERP familiarity.
• Proven track record of improving billing processes and automations.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear, concise communication and cross-functional collaboration.
