Reconcile usage, pricing, and billing data across systems to terms.
Resolve billing discrepancies, credits, and rebills with cross-functional teams.
Support month-end and quarter-end close with reconciliations and analyses.
Design and maintain SOPs for key billing workflows.
Partner with systems and data teams to automate quote-to-cash workflows.

🎯 Requirements

3–6+ years in billing/revenue ops or related finance ops in B2B SaaS.
Experience with high-volume/complex billing flows and data reconciliation.
Strong Excel/Sheets skills; comfortable with lookups, pivots, large data.
Track record of improving billing processes, controls, or automations.
High attention to detail; able to manage multiple close deadlines.
Clear, concise cross-functional communication.
