Senior Order to Cash Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own the order to cash lifecycle end to end, from order creation through invoicing, collections, and
• Drive customer collections: oversee dunning processes, monitor AR aging, and conduct direct
• Lead new billing and revenue system implementations, driving accounting requirements and keeping
• Identify and deploy automation and AI-based workflows across invoicing and collections to reduce

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. CPA is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, revenue accounting, or order-to-cash
• Experience managing hybrid revenue models (recurring subscription + consumption).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reconciliation and data analysis.
• Familiarity using Snowflake queries for data retrieval and analysis; SQL proficiency is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of partnering effectively with
