Senior Organic Search Strategist

📋 Description

• Create and execute custom Organic Search strategies aligned to KPIs
• Lead on-page, technical, off-page SEO and SEO content
• Explain SEO strategies to clients to secure buy-in
• Adapt strategy based on account performance using data
• Mentor and coach junior team members to grow skills
• Stay current on Google's algorithm updates and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an SEO role
• Advanced knowledge of on-page, technical, off-page SEO and SEO content
• Analytics tooling: GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proactive problem solver and team player
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
