🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance and FAA Suitability.
• Master’s degree in related field with 10+ years of experience, or bachelor’s with 12+ years; or
• Proven expertise in organizational design, development, change management, or institutional
• Experience evaluating governance models, decision processes, and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with aviation, federal programs, or modernization initiatives preferred.
