🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in organizational development, talent mgmt, job architecture, or consulting
• Built job architecture or career frameworks at scale
• Ability read data and form defensible recommendations
• Strong rigor in structural thinking; knowledge of org design
• Creative, product-minded; built new frameworks from scratch
• Comfortable in fast-moving, action-biased environment
